Understanding how Looker Studio connectors are assigned to Power My Analytics accounts

One challenge with Looker Studio is when you create a subscription in our new connectors you are directed to Looker Studio’s platform and away from Power My Analytics.  When connecting to the data source (Facebook, Bing, etc.), there is no way to specify which email address in our system should receive the subscription.  Instead, all we can do is read the email address you are logged into your browser when connecting.

The Google account you are logged into when connecting is the email address that will be assigned to the subscription in our system:

 

To ensure your subscription goes to the right Power My Analytics account please do the following:

• Choose an email address for your Power My Analytics account that is associated with a Google account.
• Choose an email address for your Power My Analytics account that you have access to read emails regularly because we will send all email communication to that email address.
• Choose an email address for your Power My Analytics account that is a good fit for your company or agency for connecting data sources and administering billing

Once you create your account with us, you can contact us to add additional email addresses to the account for accessing invoices, adding payment methods and viewing subscription details.
