Error: Instagram Account Is Not Connected to a Facebook Page

This article will address the following issue:

You repeatedly receive this error in your report even though the account is verifiably connected to Facebook.

Cause

Several Instagram accounts were selected in the connector configuration screen. One of the included accounts is not connected to Facebook and the data aggregation is causing this error.

Solution

Click Resource then select Manage Added Data Sources.



Click Edit then Edit Connection.



You will be directed back to the connector configuration screen. Check your page selections and make sure you select only accounts that are verifiably connected to Facebook.



Deselect Allow Page to be modified in report. Then click Reconnect.
