Export a Data Studio Report to PDF

This article will show you how to export your Data Studio report to a downloadable PDF format.

To export your Data Studio report to a PDF, open your report. Click the down arrow on the Share button.



Then click Download report.



Select the pages you want to export, or leave All Pages selected. Then click Download.



Preparing PDF... will appear at the bottom of the screen while Data Studio exports the PDF. The file will then be downloaded to your computer.



Limitations

The exported PDF will contain the pages of your report as they appear on screen. For charts with paginated results, only the current page of rows will be shown. In this example, the PDF will only contain rows 1-50 out of 160 on the Ad Performance page:



Additionally, charts that extend beyond the page will be cut off, and only the visible rows will be shown. For example, on this page of the exported PDF, only about 18 of the 50 rows are visible:
