Connecting your Klaviyo account to Power My Analytics allows you to centralize your email marketing data for more efficient reporting and analysis. This guide will walk you through the process of connecting your Klaviyo account to PMA and authorizing access.

Requirements

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • A Klaviyo account with Admin, Owner, or Manager user role

Connect Klaviyo to Power My Analytics

  1. Go to your Power My Analytics hub at https://hub.powermyanalytics.com and click on Sources in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the + Add new source button.

  3. Find and select Klaviyo from the data source gallery.

  4. Log in to your Klaviyo account with email and password or SSO.

  5. Click Continue when prompted.

  6. Select the Klaviyo account you want to connect by clicking the Select button.

  7. On the next screen, click Allow to authorize PMA to connect to Klaviyo.

  8. You’ll be returned to your PMA hub, where you should see the “Source was successfully added” confirmation message.

Your Klaviyo account is now connected to Power My Analytics.

Remove Your Klaviyo Data Source from PMA

If you’d like to disconnect your Klaviyo account from Power My Analytics, this can be done in two steps:

  • Disconnect and remove your Klaviyo data source from your Power My Analytics hub.
  • Remove the Power My Analytics integration from your Klaviyo account.

Step 1: Removing a Klaviyo Data Source from Your Hub

  1. Go to your Power My Analytics hub at https://hub.powermyanalytics.com and click on Sources in the left sidebar.
  2. Find your Klaviyo account in the list of connected sources. Click the three dots to open the Action menu.

  3. Click Remove source.

  4. Click Confirm to remove the Klaviyo data source from PMA.

Your Klaviyo data source is now disconnected from Power My Analytics.

Step 2: Removing the PMA Integration from Klaviyo

  1. Log in to your Klaviyo account. In your Klaviyo dashboard at https://klaviyo.com/dashboard, click on Integrations on the left menu.

  2. Find the Power My Analytics app in the list of integrations, and click the three-dot action menu.

  3. Select Remove integration.

  4. Finally, click the Remove integration button in the popup to confirm.

The Power My Analytics integration is now removed from your Klaviyo account.
