How to Connect to Shopify

The following article provides the steps for setting up your Shopify store to allow PMA's connector to collect data.

Check your permissions

Only the store owner and staff who have been given full permissions can connect to the Shopify store.

Add a staff member in the Users and permissions section of your Shopify settings.



Make sure staff members who need access are given all permissions.



Go to your Hub

Next, enter the store address used to access the admin for Shopify. You can find the address in your Shopify settings under Domains. Make sure to use the address ending in .myshopify.com.



For this example, the URL that should be pasted into the form is:
greek-market-3761.myshopify.com
Go to your hub and enter the address in Add Account under Store Address, and click Connect.



Click Install Unlisted App.

Once you are connected, you are ready to make reports.
