Scorecards with total conversions do not work in Data Studio because Meta does not send this data. However, with our sheets add-on solution, you can create this information and import it to Data Studio for a seamless blend into your report.
This article will address the following issue:
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) cannot sum conversions with multiple attribution settings. Conversion scorecards created in Data Studio will show zeroes.
Solution
With your
sheets add-on, create a report using
Conversions as the metric and
Campaign Name as the dimension. Make sure the date range matches the date range in your Data Studio report.
Go to your Data Studio report. Click Add Data.
Select Google Sheets. This is a free connector provided by Google.
Select the spreadsheet and worksheet that contain the relevant report. Click Add.
Click Add a chart to add a scorecard and select the connected sheet as a data source.
For the metric, select Conversions. The resulting scorecard will display a sum of conversions from each campaign.
