Restrictions for Off-Facebook Action Metrics
Facebook's updates following the iOS14 release have changed the metrics they are able to collect. There is now a lot less demographic information to use in reports. This article will help you understand the changes to breakdown reports.
This article will address the following issue:
Reports that include breakdowns by publisher platform show "unknown" or zeroes after April 27, 2021.
Our PPC template shows zeroes under Facebook and Instagram conversions.
Cause
Certain off-Facebook action metrics are no longer available via Facebook's API for iOS14 and above. Reports that include these metrics for dates after April 27, 2021 will no longer work properly.
