A payment method is not required during the free 14-day trial period. However, we recommend adding a payment method before the trial ends to avoid interruption of your reports. Your payment will not be processed until the trial period ends.
We accept 4 types of payments: credit card, PayPal, invoices, or wire transfer (yearly subscriptions only).
Select Billing from the menu on the upper right corner.
Pay by Credit Card or PayPal
Scroll down and select credit card or PayPal as your payment method, then enter your payment information.
Make sure your billing address is entered and correct. An incorrect billing address may result in a failed payment.
Pay by Invoice
We currently only allow invoicing for our customers on Enterprise and yearly plans.

Pay by Wire Transfer
We currently only accept wire transfer payments for our yearly plans.
Find the amount due for your yearly plan in the My Plan section of your Hub.
Scroll down to Cost Breakdown and find the Grand Total.
