Change Field Type in Looker Studio
Looker Studio allows you to access and edit your data set. If you would like a field to display differently, you have that option! Follow the instructions in this article to learn how.
1. In Edit mode, click Resource and select Manage Added Data Sources.
2. Find the data source that includes the field you want to change and click Edit.
Use the Search Fields function to find the field you want to change.
Under Type, click the drop-down box, then select the type and subtype you want.
