Change Hub Owner's Email Address

This article will help you when you need to change the email address associated with your Hub because you no longer use the old email address or have lost access.

If you can still access the old email account:

1. Add the new email address as a team member. While logged in as your old email account, select Members from your Hub's menu at the top right corner, then select Invite Member.

2. Promote the new account to Owner.

3. Remove the old email address.

If you cannot access the old email account:

Please email Success@powermyanalytics.com. Include your old and new email addresses so that we can gain access to your Hub and add the new one.
