PMA Error: This Instagram Account Is Not Connected to a Facebook Page

Cause

Usually, the Instagram account has not yet been connected to a Facebook Page. Sometimes, it has been connected and the connection simply needs to be reset.

Solution

1. Check that your Instagram Account is connected to a Facebook Page

Follow the instructions on Instagram's help page to get it connected.

2. Disconnect and reconnect in the Hub

If you have verified that your Instagram account is connected but you are still receiving the error, Disconnect and Reconnect the account in your Hub. This will solve most errors.

3. Revoke access in Facebook

If you are still receiving the error, go to your Facebook Business Integrations page and remove Power My Analytics. Then repeat step 2.
