Connector Error: Missing Google Scope

This article will assist with all Missing Google Scope errors.

Cause

You may receive these errors when connecting to a Google account.
It is a result of insufficient permissions granted to Power My Analytics.

Solution

Step 1: Disconnect Google

Disconnecting and reconnecting a source will not impact any existing reports.

Go to your hub. Click Sources on the left navigation panel. Click the red icon next to the account you wish to remove.



Click Confirm.



Step 2: Reconnect to Google with correct permissions

In your Hub, click Sources on the left navigation panel then +New Data Source.



When the popup appears, select all of the following:
  1. See, edit, create and delete your Google business listings. 
  2. Edit Google Analytics Management Entities.
  3. View and Manage your Google Analytics data.

Power My Analytics' connector will never edit, create, or delete anything in your Google Business Profile account. Google does not provide a read-only option.



Then try again.
