Connector Error: Please click "REFRESH AUTHENTICATION" and reauthenticate with Power My Analytics

This article will help you to solve the following Community Connector Error:



Cause

There are several potential causes of this problem:
  1. You changed your account password recently
  2. The person who connected to the data source no longer has access 
  3. One of the API tokens was lost inadvertently (rare, but has happened before)
  4. The permissions for our App were recently changed
  5. There was a glitch when you first connected with the data source

Solution

1. Go to your Hub. Select Sources from the left side navigation panel.

2. Find the source that had this error and click the red icon to Disconnect. This will not impact any existing reports.

3. + New Data Source and follow the steps to reconnect your account. 


4. Go to your Looker Studio report and connect.
