Disconnect and Reconnect a Source from Your Hub

Disconnect and Reconnect a Source from Your Hub

Many errors can be fixed by simply disconnecting and reconnecting a data source. Your reports will not be impacted. This article will show you how.

Disconnecting your data sources will not pause your subscription from being billed. To pause billing on your subscription, please see Pause or Resume My Subscription.

Disconnect

In your Hub, click Sources in the left navigation pane. Locate the source that is generating the error then click the blue arrow icon.

Click Remove Connection.

Reconnect

In your Hub, select Sources from the left navigation pane. Click +New Data Source.

Select your source, then authenticate.
