Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- An active eBay seller account
- View orders and Download order report permissions for your eBay account

Adding eBay Seller Center as a Data Source
- Log in to your Power My Analytics account.
- Navigate to your Hub and select Sources from the menu.
- Click + Add New Source.
- Choose eBay Seller Center from the gallery of available sources.
- Sign in to your eBay account when prompted.
Creating a Data Studio Report
Follow these steps to create a Data Studio report using your eBay Seller Center data:
- After adding eBay Seller Center as a data source, go to Reports > Data Studio in your PMA hub
- Click on eBay Seller Center under Create Data Studio Report (this will open the official Data Studio application in a new window)
- Google Data Studio Configuration:
- Step 1:
- Name your data source (e.g., "eBay Seller Center - Your Organization")
- Select your Power My Analytics hub from the dropdown
- Optional: Leave "Use report template for new reports" checked to use the PMA demo template
- Click Next
- Step 2:
- User Account: Choose your Constant Contact account (for real data) or "Sample Account" (for sample data)
- Click Next
- Step 3:
- Choose the currency to use in your reports
- Click Connect in the top right to finalize the data source configuration
- Step 4:
- Click Create Report in the top right
Key Reports and Fields
eBay Seller Center data in Power My Analytics offers a wide range of metrics and dimensions. Here are some popular metrics you can use in your reports:
- Key Performance Metrics: Order Total, Order ID, Orders, Items, Product Revenue, Tax
- Order Metrics: Product Revenue, Orders, Order Total, Transaction Fees
- Listing Metrics: Items, Start Price, Current Price, Quantity Available, Watchers, Questions, Bids
Limitations and Important Considerations
- Cached Data Requests with Unique Metrics and Date Dimension: When a unique metric is paired with the date dimension, this will result in a request for cached data instead of a request for live data. For more information, please see Understanding Cached and Live Data Requests.
- Backfilling: Backfilling is limited to 90 days of historical data. Power My Analytics will begin daily collection of data from the day a report is created.
Unavailable Data
- Traffic data: All data in the tables traffic_day and traffic_listing is currently unavailable
- Realtime data
- Custom fields
