  • Affected Data Sources: All

  • Occurs: When attempting to add a new data source
  • Browser Affected: Google Chrome

Cause

The "Bad Request: Error 400" typically occurs due to an authentication problem in Google Chrome. This issue is often related to having multiple Chrome profiles active simultaneously.

Solution

To resolve this error, follow one of these two methods:

  1. Log out of your other Chrome profiles before trying to authenticate a new data source.
  2. Alternately, open an Incognito session and add the data source.
