Cause

This error occurs when trying to run a Data Explorer report if the report being exported to BigQuery is owned by a user who is no longer a part of your Power My Analytics hub.

  1. Contact our customer support team for assistance.
  2. Our team will investigate and fix this issue directly in your hub. Once resolved, we will notify you that the fix has been completed.
  3. After receiving our notification, you can retry running the Data Explorer report.
The error will be resolved once our support team has completed the fix, and you will be able to proceed with your BigQuery export as normal.
