How to Connect to Etsy

Power My Analytics' Etsy data connector allows you to automatically collect, store, and visualize your Etsy shop data without relying on manual exports. This guide will walk you through connecting your Etsy account as a data source in PMA.

Prerequisites

Before connecting your Etsy account to Power My Analytics, ensure you have:
  1. An active Etsy seller account

Adding Etsy as a Data Source

  1. Log in to your Power My Analytics hub.
  2. Navigate to the Sources section in the left sidebar menu.



  3. Click Add new source and choose Etsy from the gallery.



  4. Log in to Etsy using your seller account and authorize any required permission scopes.
You will be redirected back to Power My Analytics, where your Etsy account will now appear in your Sources list.

Troubleshooting

The connection doesn't finish after you approve access

If you approved access in Etsy and then saw a page of error text that mentions "code_verifier is required", the connection didn't complete on our side. We fixed the cause of this error on September 29, 2026, so you can start the connection again:

  1. Go to Sources in your hub.
  2. Click Add new source and choose Etsy.
  3. Sign in to Etsy and approve access.

If an error page appears again, copy all of the text on that page (it includes an "executionId" that helps our team find your exact attempt) and submit a ticket with your Etsy shop name and the email you use to sign in to Power My Analytics.
