On your first connection

Include "today" in your reporting range so that we can begin storing your data the first time you connect.

Check the complete list of available fields. Custom fields are also supported with our HubSpot connector.

Connect to HubSpot from your Hub

Begin at your Hub. Select Sources from the menu in the left navigation pane. Add a new data source by clicking + New Data Source.

Select HubSpot from the gallery that appears.

Authenticate by signing in to your HubSpot account.

After authenticating, click Looker Studio under Reports in the left navigation pane. Select HubSpot from the gallery that appears.

Select your Hub, then click Next.

Select your HubSpot account under User Account and click Next.

Select the stage in the customer lifecycle that you want your contact dates to be based on in your reports. If you want this setting to be variable in your HubSpot reports, check the box Allow 'Contacts dates based on' to be modified in reports.

Select the date you would like the deals to be based on in your report. Check the box beside Allow 'Deals dates based on' to be modified in reports if you would like to modify this setting after the report has been created.

Leave the checkbox checked for Use report template for new reports to use our convenient pre-made templates. Click Connect to continue.

Click Create Report in the top-right of the page, and then again on the pop-up.

Your report should then appear with your data.

Modify Deals data

To modify deals data within your report, you must leave the "Allow 'Deals dates based on' to be modified in reports" box checked when connecting your data source.

You can filter your individual reports by Create DateLast Modified Date, or Closed Date.
