This guide will walk you through setting up your StackAdapt account as a data source, finding your StackAdapt API key, and configuring your data source to begin collecting data.

Prerequisites

Before connecting StackAdapt to Power My Analytics, ensure you have:
  1. A StackAdapt account
  2. The API key for your StackAdapt account

Find Your StackAdapt API Key

You will need to enter your API key in Power My Analytics when connecting your StackAdapt account as a data source. To find the API key for your StackAdapt account:
  1. Sign in to your StackAdapt account at https://www.stackadapt.com/login
  2. Go to your Account Settings > API Integration.
  3. Find your API key and copy it.

Adding StackAdapt as a Data Source

  1. Go to your Power My Analytics hub and select Sources from the main menu.



  2. Click + Add new source and choose StackAdapt from the gallery of data sources.



  3. Enter the API key that you obtained from StackAdapt.



  4. Click Connect to authenticate and finish adding your StackAdapt account as a data source.
Once connected, StackAdapt will appear in your list of active data sources. Your advertising and campaign data from StackAdapt will automatically begin syncing to your Power My Analytics data warehouse. When the initial backfill is finished, you can then use this data in Data Studio reports, Google Sheets, or export it to your preferred data destination.
