How to Connect to TikTok Shop
The following article provides the steps for connecting your TikTok Shop account to Power My Analytics so that your shop data can be collected and used in Looker Studio reports, Google Sheets, and other destinations.
The TikTok Shop connector is currently in
BETA. If you encounter any unexpected behavior during setup, please
submit a ticket.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- An active TikTok Shop Seller Center account with Admin or Shop Owner access
- A TikTok Shop that is active and approved (not in a suspended or pending-review state)
- Your TikTok Shop Seller Center login credentials (no API keys are required — authentication is handled via OAuth through TikTok Shop Partner)
Adding TikTok Shop as a Data Source
- Navigate to your PMA Hub and select Sources from the menu.
- Click + Add new source and search for "TikTok Shop." Click the TikTok Shop tile.
- You will be redirected to TikTok Shop's OAuth authorization page. Click Authorize.
- Sign in with your TikTok Shop Seller Center credentials and approve the requested data-access permissions.
- Once authorized, you will be redirected back to PMA Hub and your shop will appear in your list of active data sources.
If you manage multiple TikTok Shops under one seller account, select the specific shop you want to connect on the authorization screen. Each shop is added to Power My Analytics as a separate data source.
Once connected, your TikTok Shop data will automatically begin syncing to your Power My Analytics data warehouse. When the initial backfill is finished, you can use this data in Looker Studio reports, Google Sheets, or export it to your preferred data destination.
Region note: TikTok Shop accounts for the US, UK, and Southeast Asia (SEA) each use their own regional Seller Center portal for authorization. Make sure you sign in to the correct regional Seller Center for your shop. If you operate shops across multiple regions, add each shop as a separate source.
