Data Explorer is a valuable tool that can be used to create reports for export to BigQuery or FTP , to test out a connection, or even to create a CSV file. This tool is available to all Power My Analytics customers and is included in the cost of your plan. Follow the instructions in this article to get started with Data Explorer.
Select Data Explorer from the left navigation pane and then +Add Report.
Name the report, then choose the options you want on the configuration screen.
Each scheduled refresh will overwrite your existing data. Choose a Custom Start option under Date Range to accumulate data over time. Fixed time frame options like Last 7 days will export only the most recent 7 days of data with each refresh.
Select Preview to look at the report and make any changes you need before saving.
Click Save when you are ready. Your report will be saved to the Data Explorer section of your hub and can be viewed or deleted at any time.
Manage Groups
You can create several reports and export them as a group. To create or manage groups, click the blue pencil icon.
Enter a name under Group Name, then click Create.
Use the drop-down box to the left of your report name to assign the report to a group.
