Change Your Power My Analytics Plan

Change Your Power My Analytics Plan

Power My Analytics' pricing plans are flexible. You can change plans to fit your needs at any time. Choose monthly OR save 16% when you use our yearly plan!

Begin at your Hub

Make sure you are logged in as an owner of the hub.

If your account does not have the Owner role for your hub, the options to switch or upgrade plans will be greyed out. To change plans, log into your hub with another account that has the Owner role, or have an owner of the hub promote you to the Owner role. Follow the instructions at Manage Team Roles and Permissions to promote a team member to owner.

Verify your payment method.

Click on your hub name at the top right then select Billing when the menu appears.

Scroll down to verify that the credit card or PayPal information on file is current before changing your plan. It is very difficult to issue a refund after the payment method is changed.

Choose your new plan.

Click on your hub name at the top right then select Billing when the menu appears.

Select Plan Options. Toggle between Monthly and Yearly to be sure that you see the correct prices, then choose your plan.

You will be prompted to confirm your choice before proceeding.

You can check the Overview tab to see the updated pricing.

If your subscription is paused or canceled, you cannot change your plan.  To make an update to your paused or canceled plan, please submit a ticket.
