How to Use the My Tickets Area


My Tickets is the place to track the status and history of your support tickets and talk with our support team.


If you've submitted a ticket to our support team, you can track your ticket in the My Tickets area. To open My Tickets, go to PMA Support and click My Tickets in the upper-right corner.



Your tickets are listed under My Tickets. To filter by open, closed, on hold, or all tickets, click the Open tab and select an option.



To view a ticket, click on the title.



You can view the entire history of your messages with our support team in that ticket. To send a new reply to support, click the Reply button.





To search for a ticket, return to My Tickets. Enter a keyword in Search tickets and click .
