Are you experiencing issues accessing your Power My Analytics hub? This guide addresses common login problems — including blank pages and failed login attempts — for users who sign in with Google as well as users who sign in with an email address and password. We'll walk you through the causes and solutions to get you back into your account quickly.

Issue

You may encounter one or both of the following issues when attempting to access the Power My Analytics hub:

  • A blank page appears when loading the hub.
  • The page bounces back to the login screen after attempting to log in.

Causes

The cause of these login difficulties depends on how your Power My Analytics account is set up. Power My Analytics supports two login methods:

  • Sign in with Google — using a Gmail or Google Workspace account
  • Sign in with email and password — using any email address registered with a PMA password

For users who sign in with Google

The most common cause of login difficulties for Google-authenticated users is being signed into multiple Google accounts simultaneously in the same browser. When more than one Google account is active, the hub may not be able to determine which account to use, resulting in a blank screen or a redirect back to the login page.

For all users (Google and email/password)

Regardless of your login method, browser cookie settings can prevent the hub from loading correctly. If your browser is set to block third-party cookies — or if you are using an Incognito/Private browsing window, which typically blocks cookies by default — you may experience blank pages or login failures.

Solutions

If you sign in with Google: Manage your active Google accounts

  1. In your browser, sign out of all Google accounts except the one associated with your Power My Analytics hub.



  2. Return to hub.powermyanalytics.com and sign in again using the correct Google account.
Notes
If you are unsure which Google account is linked to your hub, check the email address shown in the hub's top-right corner after logging in, or try signing in with each Google account individually.
  1. Open your browser's settings and locate the cookie or privacy settings.
  2. Select the "Allow all cookies" option (or equivalent, depending on your browser).
  3. Reload hub.powermyanalytics.com and attempt to log in again.

Best Practices

To prevent future login issues and ensure smooth access to your Power My Analytics hub:

  • Avoid using Incognito/Private browsing mode when accessing Power My Analytics. These modes block cookies by default, which can interfere with the login process for both Google and email/password users.
  • If you must use Incognito/Private mode: Manually enable "Allow all cookies" in your browser settings before attempting to log in.
  • If you sign in with Google: Keep only the Google account associated with your PMA hub active in your browser while using the hub. Signing out of other Google accounts beforehand can prevent session conflicts.
