No Data on Amazon Seller Report That Previously Worked

Reports that previously worked now display No Data. An error is displayed in the logs for your data source:

"Task Failed Error: Authorization Error - PMA Error - Please ensure you have the minimum required access to the Amazon Account to get data. See this article: https://support.powermyanalytics.com/portal/en/kb/articles/connecting-to-amazon-mws"

Cause

When a user is granted access to an Amazon account, the access expires after one year. 

Solution

Renew the user's access to the Amazon account.
