How do I pause my Power My Analytics subscription?

Pause or Resume My Subscription

Follow these instructions to temporarily pause or resume your Power My Analytics subscription. Your subscription will be canceled when it has been paused for more than 3 months.

To Pause Your Subscription:

Data updates will not occur while your subscription is paused, and paused subscriptions will be canceled after 3 months if they are not resumed. However, disconnecting your data source or sources will not automatically pause your subscription. If you have not paused your subscription, you will continue to receive invoices even if you have disconnected all of your data sources.

1. Log into your hub. Only Hub Owners can pause a subscription.

2. Click on your hub name at the top right, then select Settings when the menu appears.

3. Click Pause Subscription.

4. Click Continue in the popup window.

To Resume Your Subscription:

You can resume your subscription any time for up to 3 months. After 3 months, your subscription will be canceled.

1. Return to your Hub. Click on your Hub name at the top right then select Settings when the menu appears.

2. Click Resume Subscription then Confirm to continue.

3. You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the screen.
