Results Field Does Not Work

Results Field Does Not Work

This article will address the following issue.

Results field shows zeroes. This may occur in the Facebook Ads connector.

Cause

Facebook does not allow aggregation of data across attribution windows. The Results metric will also not include user actions that rely on pixels. All settings must be the same for the Results field to work.

Solution

Some Results fields may continue to work for now as long as all Ad Sets have the same attribution settings. However, due to changes in Facebook's API to compensate for iOS14, the Results fields have become obsolete and can no longer be used.
