SharpSpring Connector Sunset and Data Archival Options
SharpSpring's decision to discontinue its service and API access has significant implications for Power My Analytics users. This guide will help you understand the impact of this change and provide steps to preserve your valuable SharpSpring data before it becomes inaccessible.
SharpSpring is Being Discontinued
SharpSpring is decommissioning its service and API access on August 15, 2024.
- PMA will no longer receive SharpSpring data after August 15.
- This affects all PMA customers using the SharpSpring connector.
- There is no option to migrate to a different platform.
PMA's data warehouse will also retain SharpSpring data for 6 months following the decommissioning date, allowing customers the option to export to a data destination during this time.
Key Dates to Remember
- August 15, 2024: Last day to access SharpSpring data through PMA
- February 15, 2025: Final day to export archived SharpSpring data from PMA's data warehouse
Impact on Your Reports
- Existing reports and dashboards using SharpSpring data will be affected after August 15, 2024.
- No new SharpSpring data will be available after this date.
