Cause
When using the spreadsheets add-on for Google Sheets or Excel, the add-on may time out with this error when you have a large number of reports in your spreadsheet. This error can also be caused by the use of many formulas in your spreadsheet, which can delay your reports from running.
Solution
- Reduce the number of reports in your spreadsheet by splitting the reports across multiple spreadsheets. For example, instead of one spreadsheet containing 100 reports, you could use four spreadsheets with each containing 25 reports.
- You can also reduce the number or complexity of the formulas used in your spreadsheet(s).
