Get complete visibility into your sales pipeline and customer conversations by connecting your Go High Level account to Power My Analytics. This guide will walk you through setting up Go High Level as a data source and creating reports to track your pipeline value, sales forecast, and omni-channel conversation activity.
Prerequisites
Before connecting Go High Level to Power My Analytics, ensure you have:
- An active Go High Level (HighLevel) account
- Your HighLevel sign-in credentials (email and password, or Google sign-in)
- Read access in HighLevel to the reports and data you want to bring into PMA
Go High Level connects with a standard OAuth sign-in; there is no API key to copy. If you are already logged in to HighLevel in your browser, log out and log in again when prompted during the connection process.
Adding Go High Level as a Data Source
- Go to your Power My Analytics hub and select Sources from the main menu.
- Click + Add new source and choose Go High Level from the gallery of data sources.
- On the "Please login to HighLevel to continue" screen, click Login.
- Sign in to your HighLevel account (email and password, or Sign in with Google) and authorize Power My Analytics.
For step-by-step connection instructions, see How to Connect to Go High Level.

Key Reports and Fields
Go High Level data in Power My Analytics is organized into two primary tables, Conversations and Opportunities, each with metrics and dimensions that work well together:
- Pipeline value by status: Break down the Monetary Value metric by the Status dimension (open, won, lost, or abandoned) to see the value of your open pipeline next to what you have won and lost.
- Weighted sales forecast: Create a calculated field that multiplies Monetary Value by Effective Probability (the win likelihood assigned by each opportunity's pipeline stage) for a weighted forecast of expected revenue.
- Win/loss by source: Combine Status with the Source dimension to see which lead sources (forms, manual entry, integrations) produce your wins and losses.
- Stalled deal tracking: Use the Last Stage Change At dimension to measure how long opportunities have been sitting in their current pipeline stage and spot stalled deals.
- Conversation channel mix: Count conversations by the Type dimension (TYPE_PHONE for SMS and calls, TYPE_EMAIL, TYPE_FB_MESSENGER) to see which channels your customers use most.
- Inbound vs. outbound activity: Split conversations by Last Message Direction, and use Last Outbound Message Action to separate manual replies from automated workflow messages.
- Marketing attribution rate: The Attributed metric (1 = attributed, 0 = not attributed) shows what share of conversations carry marketing attribution data in HighLevel.
- "Needs a reply" triage: Combine Unread Count, the Inbox flag, and Last Message Direction to build a table of inbound conversations that are waiting on a response.
- Multi-location reporting: The Location ID dimension on both tables lets agencies and multi-location businesses roll reporting up or down by HighLevel sub-account.
For a complete list of available Go High Level fields, refer to the Schema Explorer.
Limitations and Important Considerations
- Backfilling: Unlimited date range. Go High Level does not impose a historical limit, so Power My Analytics can backfill your account's full history.
- Contact data: A dedicated Contacts table is not available because HighLevel has deprecated the API it would require. Contact details such as name, email, and phone are included on the Conversations and Opportunities tables.
- Alpha connector: The Go High Level connector is newly released in alpha. If you spot anything unexpected, we would love to hear from you.
Unavailable Data
If there are additional Go High Level tables, fields, or reports you would like to see in Power My Analytics, please submit a ticket with screenshots of the HighLevel reports you would like to build.
Troubleshooting
If you run into an error while authorizing the connection, log out of HighLevel and sign in again from the connection dialog. See our article Basic Troubleshooting for information on issues that may affect the Go High Level connector.
