Plans other than Enterprise only allow a limited number of users in your hub. However, you may still want to add another email address to receive bills and other communication about your PMA subscription.
If you do not have an Enterprise plan, your PMA plan only supports a maximum number of users by default with an additional fee for each extra user. This article will show you how to add a second email address to your hub to receive messages from PMA at another address.
How Many Users Do I Have?
To see how many users are currently on your plan, go to Billing in your hub.
Click My Plan in the upper right corner.
Under Explain My Bill, your current number and maximum number of users are listed at Users.

Set up automatic email forwarding from a current user's email address to the new email address you want to use. Follow these instructions to set up automatic forwarding in your email service:
