How to Connect to ChartMogul
Connecting your ChartMogul account to Power My Analytics allows you to centralize your subscription analytics data for more efficient reporting and analysis. This guide will walk you through creating a ChartMogul API key and connecting your ChartMogul account to PMA.
Requirements
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- A ChartMogul account
- Access to create or view API keys in your ChartMogul account
Step 1: Get Your ChartMogul API Key
The ChartMogul connector authenticates with an API key.
- Log in to your ChartMogul account.
- Create a new API key, or copy an existing one, following ChartMogul's guide: Creating and Managing API Keys.
- Copy the API key so it is ready to paste into Power My Analytics.
Step 2: Connect ChartMogul to Power My Analytics
- Go to your Power My Analytics hub at https://hub.powermyanalytics.com and click on Sources in the left sidebar.
- Click the + Add new source button.
- Find and select ChartMogul from the data source gallery.
- Enter the API key you copied from ChartMogul.
- Click Connect to authenticate.
- You should see the "Source was successfully added" confirmation message.
Your ChartMogul account is now connected to Power My Analytics, and PMA will begin collecting your historical data automatically.
Remove Your ChartMogul Data Source from PMA
If you would like to disconnect your ChartMogul account from Power My Analytics:
- Go to your Power My Analytics hub at https://hub.powermyanalytics.com and click on Sources in the left sidebar.
- Find your ChartMogul account in the list of connected sources. Click the three dots to open the Action menu.
- Click Remove source.
- Click Confirm to remove the ChartMogul data source from PMA.
