How to Connect to HighLevel

Info
Connecting your HighLevel account to Power My Analytics allows you to centralize your CRM pipeline and conversation data for more efficient reporting and analysis. This guide will walk you through signing in to HighLevel and connecting your account to PMA.

Requirements

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • An active HighLevel account
  • Your HighLevel sign-in credentials (email and password, or Google sign-in)
  • Read access in HighLevel to the reports and data you want to bring into PMA

Step 1: Add HighLevel as a Data Source

  1. Go to your Power My Analytics hub at https://hub.powermyanalytics.com and click on Sources in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the + Add new source button.
  3. Find and select HighLevel from the data source gallery.

Step 2: Log In to HighLevel

  1. On the "Please login to HighLevel to continue" screen, click the Login button.
  2. Sign in to your HighLevel account with your email and password, or click Sign in with Google.
  3. Authorize Power My Analytics to access your HighLevel data.
  4. You should see the "Source was successfully added" confirmation message.
Notes
If you are already logged in to HighLevel in your browser, please log out and log in again when the sign-in screen appears. This ensures the connection is authorized with the correct HighLevel account.

Your HighLevel account is now connected to Power My Analytics, and PMA will begin collecting your historical data automatically. Because HighLevel does not impose a historical date-range limit, PMA can backfill your account's full history.
