How to Connect to Zoho Desk

The following article provides instructions for connecting your Zoho Desk account to Power My Analytics, so you can centralize your ticket, agent performance, and customer satisfaction data and build automated reports.

Requirements

  • An active Zoho Desk account
  • Your Zoho account login credentials (Power My Analytics authenticates via Zoho's standard OAuth 2.0 authorization flow; no API key is required)

Connect Zoho Desk to Power My Analytics

  1. Log in to your Power My Analytics Hub
  2. Navigate to Sources in the main menu
  3. Click + Add new source and select Zoho Desk from the gallery
  4. Give the data source a name you can remember
  5. Click the Connect button
  6. Sign in with your Zoho account credentials in the pop-up window
  7. Click Accept to authorize Power My Analytics to access your Zoho Desk data
Upon successful connection, the Zoho Desk account will display on the page with a link to create a report. Your Zoho Desk data will automatically begin syncing to your Power My Analytics data warehouse, with up to 2 years of historical data backfilled on the initial connection.
Notes
The Zoho Desk integration is portal-level only. All departments in your Zoho Desk portal are included; department-level selection and filtering are not currently supported.

Remove Your Zoho Desk Data Source from PMA

  1. In your Hub, navigate to Sources
  2. Locate your Zoho Desk data source
  3. Click Action > Remove Source
Disconnected sources remain in the Sources table until they are removed via Remove Source.
