How to Convert a Currency to Another Currency

Power My Analytics' connectors have a configuration setting to select the currency symbol to display in reports. However, we do not have the ability to convert from one currency to another. This article will show you how to use PMA's currency conversion data source.

Solution

PMA has created a currency conversion data source: Currency Converter For Blending In Data Studio 

To use this data source, first select the Google Sheets connector from the gallery:

In Paste Spreadsheet URL or ID, enter the following spreadsheet URL for the currency converter: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KIayhCpsC3UFEgW0jJ8idiIhOd9qj5_8Vy5wDEjLObQ/edit#gid=0

Under Worksheet, select the Conversions worksheet. Then blend this data with your data source(s) to convert currencies.
