Power My Analytics can perform scheduled data refreshes for Google Sheets reports and data exports on a monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly basis. Hourly refreshes are available as an add-on on any paid plan (Business, Pro, or Custom).
Plan Eligibility: Hourly refreshes are available on any paid plan. On Business and Pro plans, hourly refreshes are an optional add-on for $49.95/month; on Custom plans, they are included when your plan agreement covers them. Hourly refreshes are added by our team on request (not a self-serve purchase in the hub), so to get started,
contact our sales team or
submit a ticket. Hourly refreshes are not available on the Free plan, which uses sample data only.
Legacy plan subscribers: If you subscribed to a Hourly Refreshes add-on prior to 2026 under a legacy plan, your existing hourly refresh configurations will continue to function. Please
contact our support team with any questions about your legacy add-on.
What Are Hourly Refreshes?
Power My Analytics' Google Sheets reports and data exports can be configured to refresh on a scheduled basis: monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly. Hourly refreshes are available on any paid plan (as an add-on on Business and Pro, and included on Custom when your agreement covers it), ensuring that reports always reflect the most current data available from your connected sources.
Hourly refreshes can be configured for the following destinations:
- Google Sheets reports
- Data exports (BigQuery, MySQL, Azure SQL Database, PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, and FTP)
Note: Hourly refreshes can only be performed for reports that contain at least one
live data field. Live fields can be identified in the
Schema Explorer by the yellow lightning bolt icon next to the field label.
