Custom Plan Guide
Our Custom plan is a premium offering specially tailored for clients who require advanced tools, flexible data options, and personalized support. This article will explain the features and benefits of the Custom plan.Exports
Exports to BigQuery, SQL Warehouse, FTP, and other destinations are included with the Custom plan. Custom plan subscribers can seamlessly export their marketing data to their preferred data infrastructure.
Data Warehousing
Custom plan subscribers have access to two data warehousing options:
- PMA's Google Cloud warehouse — The standard option for all plans, including Custom. Your data is warehoused in PMA's managed Google Cloud infrastructure. During onboarding, you can choose whether your data is stored in a US Data Center (US-Central1, Council Bluffs, Iowa) or an EU Data Center (Europe-West3, Frankfurt, Germany).
- Sovereign SQL Warehouse — A Custom plan exclusive feature that gives you complete ownership and control of your data by storing it in your own self-hosted MySQL database, on infrastructure you choose and manage.
Looking for EU data residency? The option to warehouse your data in PMA's EU Data Center (Frankfurt, Germany) is available to all subscribers on any plan — not just the Custom plan. This option is selected during the onboarding process when you first create your hub. A Custom plan is not required purely for EU data residency. The Sovereign SQL Warehouse goes beyond data residency to provide full data ownership and self-hosted control. It is the right choice when your organization requires:
- Complete ownership of your data, stored in a database you control
- The flexibility to host your database on any MySQL-compatible infrastructure, including within a specific country or region of your choosing
- The ability to take your data with you if you stop using Power My Analytics
- Direct access to your marketing data in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI via a MySQL connection
- Compliance with data sovereignty requirements that go beyond EU data residency

Data Destinations
Custom plan subscribers have access to all of PMA's data destination exports (BigQuery, SQL, FTP, etc.) as well as our Looker Studio community connectors, Google Sheets app, and Microsoft Excel add-in at no additional charge.
Hourly Refreshes
The Custom plan includes hourly data refreshes, allowing you to retrieve updated data from your data sources on an hourly basis. This feature ensures your reports always reflect the most current information available.
API Access
Custom plan subscribers receive access to the Power My Analytics API, enabling programmatic access to your marketing data for custom integrations and advanced automation workflows.
Support
Custom plan subscribers receive end-to-end onboarding and a dedicated representative who is familiar with your account and your company's needs. Your dedicated representative will provide personalized support via email and phone.
Contracts and Agreements
The Custom plan offers flexibility for enterprise requirements, including:
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Custom contracts tailored to your organization's needs
