How to Use Data Exports

InfoPower My Analytics offers the option to export data from your reports into destinations like BigQuery, MySQL, Azure SQL Database, PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, and FTP. Data exports are available on the Custom plan if your negotiated agreement includes this feature. This article will show you how to set up a report in PMA's Data Builder and schedule regular data exports to your preferred destination.

Plan Eligibility: As of 2026, data exports are exclusively available on the Custom plan. Data exports cannot be added to the Free, Business, or Pro plans. If you are on a Free, Business, or Pro plan and would like to use data exports, please contact our sales team to learn more about upgrading to the Custom plan.
Legacy plan subscribers: If you subscribed to an Exports add-on prior to 2026 under a legacy plan, your existing export configurations will continue to function. However, new export destinations cannot be added to legacy plans that are not Custom. Please contact our support team with any questions about your legacy add-on.

What Are PMA's Data Exports?

Power My Analytics allows Custom plan subscribers whose plan includes exports to export marketing data from their reports directly into their preferred data destinations, including:

  • BigQuery
  • MySQL
  • Azure SQL Database
  • PostgreSQL
  • Amazon S3
  • FTP

With data exports, you can connect your BigQuery dataset, SQL database, Amazon S3 bucket, or FTP server, and begin receiving regularly scheduled data exports from the reports you've created in PMA's Data Builder.

Hourly data refreshes for exports may also be available if your Custom plan includes this feature. When scheduling your export, you will have the option to set a refresh frequency of monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly.

Step 1: Create Your Data Builder Report

Before you can export your data, you'll need to set up a report in PMA's Data Builder. You will need to choose:

  • The data source you want to use
  • The fields you want to report
  • The date range of data you want to include, and any other options

Follow the instructions in the Data Builder Guide to set up your report before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 2: Set Up Your Export

Once your Data Builder report is ready, you can set up your data export. Choose one of PMA's supported export destinations below and follow the instructions in the linked article to connect your destination and schedule your export:

Not on the Custom Plan?

Data exports are exclusively available on the Custom plan. If you're on a Free, Business, or Pro plan and are interested in exporting your marketing data, upgrading to the Custom plan is the best path forward. The Custom plan may also optionally include the following features, depending on the terms of your specific agreement:

  • Hourly data refreshes
  • Sovereign data warehousing options
  • Access to the Power My Analytics API
  • A dedicated account representative and end-to-end onboarding
  • SLAs, NDAs, and custom contracts
