How to Use the Hourly Refreshes Add-On
Power My Analytics can perform scheduled data refreshes of reports using our Google Sheets add-on or data exports add-on. While these add-ons include the base options to schedule monthly, weekly, or daily refreshes of data, hourly refreshes are also available as a separate add-on for those who require the most recent data.
What Is PMA's Hourly Refreshes Add-On?
Power My Analytics' Google Sheets reports and data exports can be configured to schedule a regular refresh of data at monthly, weekly, or daily intervals. We've recently rolled out hourly refreshes as an add-on for customers who wish to access the most up-to-date data in their reports.
- If you are on an Enterprise plan, your reports and exports already include the option for hourly refreshes as part of your subscription.
- If you are on a Single, Business, or Pro plan, the hourly refreshes add-on is an optional feature available for an additional $49.95/month.
Step 1: Activate the Hourly Refreshes Add-On
Note: Before activating the hourly refreshes add-on, you must have already activated the
exports add-on. If you have not, the option to activate the hourly refreshes add-on will be disabled.
- Go to your Power My Analytics hub.
- Click on Exports > BigQuery.
- Click the Exports Settings button in the upper right.
- Check the Enable Hourly Refreshes checkbox.
- Click the Confirm button to continue.
- The hourly refreshes add-on will appear as enabled in the export settings.
