If your organization is running low on (or has used up) its monthly MCP and API requests or rows, you can raise your limits from the Hub without changing plans. Buy one-time Capacity Packs for the current billing cycle, or turn on Premium Unlock for higher limits every month.
Your two options
| Capacity Packs | Premium Unlock |
What you get | +5,000 requests and +250,000 rows per pack, added to your plan's limits | 100,000 requests and 5,000,000 rows per month (in place of your plan's limits), plus a 60 requests per minute rate limit |
Price | $10 per pack, one-time charge | $49.95/month, or $499.50/year on a yearly plan |
How many | 1 to 5 packs per billing cycle | One add-on |
How long it lasts | Until your current billing cycle ends; packs don't renew | Renews with your subscription until cancelled |
When it starts | Immediately | Immediately |
Best for | A one-time spike in usage | Ongoing usage above your plan's limits |
Your MCP and API usage share one allowance, so added capacity covers both your AI assistant connections and your direct API requests.
Who can buy more capacity
- Plans: Business, Grow, Pro, and Single (legacy).
- Free plan: Upgrade to a paid plan first. The dialog shows Upgrade Required with an Upgrade Plan button.
- Free trial: Activate your subscription first. The dialog shows Activation Required with an Activate Now button.
- Custom plan: Your request and row quotas are set in your agreement, so packs and Premium Unlock don't apply. Contact your account manager to raise them.
- Who can purchase: The Hub Owner and billing contacts. Other team members see Increase Limits disabled ("Only the Hub Owner and billing contacts can make purchases").
How to buy Capacity Packs
- Click your hub name in the top right corner and select Billing.
- Open the Add-ons tab.
- Find the MCP & API card. It shows your current requests and rows per month. Click Increase Limits.
- In the Increase MCP & API Limits window, select Capacity Packs. The card shows the date your current billing cycle ends ("Valid for current billing cycle (ends ...)").
- In Packs to Add, choose how many packs you want. The table below it compares your Current limits with your limits After Purchase.
- Click Buy 1 Pack (or Buy 2 Packs, and so on).
You're charged the full price right away, and your new limits apply to your very next MCP or API request. The Hub confirms the purchase and shows the date your added capacity is active until.

You can hold up to 5 packs in a billing cycle. The Packs to Add menu only lists the packs you still have room for. If you need more than 5 packs' worth of capacity, Premium Unlock or a plan upgrade is the better fit.
How to turn on Premium Unlock
- Click your hub name in the top right corner and select Billing.
- Open the Add-ons tab and click Increase Limits on the MCP & API card.
- Select Premium Unlock. The table shows your limits after it's turned on.
- Click Enable Premium.
Premium Unlock is billed right away and renews with your subscription (monthly or yearly) until it's cancelled. Your limits change to 100,000 requests and 5,000,000 rows per month, and your rate limit to 60 requests per minute. Once Premium Unlock is on, the Increase MCP & API Limits window shows "Premium Unlock is active" with your current limits.

Premium Unlock can't be turned off from the Hub once it's enabled. To cancel it,
submit a ticket to our support team.
What changes on your plan
Monthly requests / rows after each option (packs last until the end of the billing cycle you buy them in):
Plan | Your plan today | With 1 pack ($10) | With 5 packs ($50) | With Premium Unlock ($49.95/month) |
Single (legacy) | 500 / 10,000 | 5,500 / 260,000 | 25,500 / 1,260,000 | 100,000 / 5,000,000 |
Business | 5,000 / 250,000 | 10,000 / 500,000 | 30,000 / 1,500,000 | 100,000 / 5,000,000 |
Grow | 15,000 / 500,000 | 20,000 / 750,000 | 40,000 / 1,750,000 | 100,000 / 5,000,000 |
Pro | 25,000 / 1,000,000 | 30,000 / 1,250,000 | 50,000 / 2,250,000 | 100,000 / 5,000,000 |
Your per-minute rate limit stays the same with Capacity Packs. Premium Unlock raises it to 60 requests per minute on every eligible plan.
Good to know
- Requests and rows are counted separately. Each pack adds to both, so it helps whichever limit you reached.
- Packs belong to one billing cycle. When your quota resets on your billing day, your limits go back to your plan's limits (or your Premium Unlock limits), and unused pack capacity doesn't carry over. On yearly plans, MCP and API quotas still reset monthly on your billing day, so packs last until the next monthly reset.
- Packs don't change your per-minute rate limit. If you see a "too many requests" error, wait about a minute and try again; buying a pack won't change that.
- Packs and Premium Unlock together: Packs you bought earlier in the cycle stay active on top of Premium Unlock until the cycle ends. Once Premium Unlock is on, you won't need (or be offered) more packs.
- Charges: Purchases are charged to the payment method on your subscription. Capacity Packs are a single charge; Premium Unlock appears on each renewal.
- Upgrading is another option. Moving to a higher plan also raises your MCP and API limits, along with the plan's other features. See Change Your Power My Analytics Plan.
If you've hit your quota
When your organization uses up its requests or rows for the billing cycle, MCP and API requests stop with the error monthly_quota_exceeded ("Monthly API/MCP calls quota exceeded" or "Monthly API/MCP rows quota exceeded") and the suggestion "Upgrade your plan or purchase a capacity pack to continue." Requests stay blocked until your quota resets on your billing day, or until you add capacity.
The quickest fix is a Capacity Pack: requests work again as soon as the purchase goes through. To see which connection or API key used the most, open MCP & API > MCP or MCP & API > REST API in the Hub and sort the table by Requests or Rows.
