The Basics of Billing
What plans can I choose with Power My Analytics?
Every subscriber to PMA is on one of our four tiers of plans:
- Free (new!) ($0.00/month)
- Data sources: Sample data only
- The Free plan only allows for the reporting of sample data, PMA's synthetic example data. Connecting and reporting your own data sources is only available on the Business plan and above. The Free plan can be used by students, marketers, and agencies to workshop and showcase their reports.
- Admins: 1
- Customer support: Provided by email
- Onboarding: Guided onboarding is provided
- Data warehousing: Not applicable
- Addons: Unavailable
- Business ($49.95/month base plan, or $499.50 yearly)
- Data sources: Maximum of 5
- Accounts: 5 (Google Business Profile business locations: 5 business locations)
- This account quota may be used with any data sources (up to 5). For example, you could have 5 data sources connected with each having 1 account each, or 1 connected data source which has 5 accounts.
- Admins: 2

- Customer support: Provided by email
- Onboarding: Guided onboarding is provided

- Option to add more accounts, business locations, or admins.
- Additional data sources are not available in the Business plan; however, additional accounts are available in the Business plan.

- Admins: Unlimited
- AI Insights: 100 credits/month
- Customer support: Priority support
- Onboarding: Guided onboarding is provided
- Data warehousing: Data is cached in PMA's Google Cloud warehouse. During onboarding, you can choose to store your data in a US Data Center (US-Central1, Iowa) or an EU Data Center (Europe-West3, Frankfurt, Germany).
- Included with Pro: Spreadsheets addon for reports in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Addons:
- Option to add more accounts or business locations.
- The Exports and Hourly Refreshes addons cannot be added to the Pro plan.
How Pro plan account overages work:
- The Pro plan includes 10 accounts per source. If any of your connected data sources exceed 10 accounts, overage charges apply.
- Overages on the Pro plan are based on your single highest-count connector: whichever data source has the most accounts determines the number of additional accounts billed.
- For example, if you have 15 accounts in Facebook Ads, 8 in Google Ads, and 4 in GA4, you would be billed for 5 additional accounts (the 5 accounts above the included 10 in Facebook Ads).
See Volume Pricing for Additional Pro Accounts below for pricing details.
- Custom (formerly Enterprise) (custom pricing, contact us for details)
- Data warehousing: Choose between PMA's Google Cloud warehouse (US or EU data center, selected during onboarding) or a Sovereign SQL Warehouse for full data ownership and self-hosted control - a Custom plan exclusive feature.
- Customer support: End-to-end onboarding and dedicated representative
- SLAs, NDAs, and custom contracts available
The following features are optionally available depending on the terms of your specific Custom plan agreement:
- Spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel)
- Exports to BigQuery, SQL, FTP, and other destinations
- Hourly data refreshes
- Access to the Power My Analytics API
- PMA's Custom plan provides customized features and quotas to accommodate your needs. Please contact our sales team to discuss pricing and feature availability for the Custom plan.
Custom plan feature availability: The availability of spreadsheets, exports, hourly refreshes, and API access in the Custom plan depends on the terms of your specific agreement with Power My Analytics. Custom plans are tailored to each customer's needs, meaning a given Custom plan may include all, some, or none of these features. Please discuss your requirements with your dedicated representative.
Choosing your data warehouse region: On all paid plans, you can choose whether your data is stored in PMA's US or EU Google Cloud data center during the onboarding process when you first create your hub. This selection supports EU data residency requirements, including GDPR compliance. For more information, see Choosing a US or EU Data Warehouse Region. These plans may be paid monthly or with a yearly prepaid plan for 16% off monthly pricing.
If you’ve signed up with PMA, that means you’re on one of these four plans!
What are data sources, accounts, and admins?
Each PMA plan supports a certain number of data sources, accounts, and admins. What are those, you might ask? Here’s what you need to know:
- Data Sources: A data source is a connection to your profile and data from a platform outside of PMA, such as Facebook Ads or Google Analytics 4. Choose from dozens of supported platforms and connect your data to start creating reports in PMA.
- Accounts: An account can be one or many data sets within a data source. Many data sources will have only one account, but others like Facebook Insights and Google Business Profile may contain several Pages or business locations.
- Admins: An admin is a user in your PMA hub who can add and remove accounts, as well as granting edit-level access to reports in the hub.
- Optional Addons: You can customize your plan by enabling more accounts, business locations, or admins for your hub.
Pretty painless, right? And just like that, now you know how a PMA hub works - congrats!
What types of payment does PMA accept?
- PMA is happy to accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or invoices for plans paid monthly or yearly.
- If you’re on a yearly plan, payment by wire transfer is also available!

Beyond the Basics: Power Up with PMA Addons
Need more power? You can upgrade your plan at any time by subscribing to a higher tier, or choose from our addons for your existing plan:
Additional Accounts
- Add more accounts to your data sources
- Business plan: $14.95/month per account
- Pro plan: Based on volume; $4.95-9.95/month per account
- Custom plan: Custom pricing
Tip: Control account costs proactively. Hub Owners on standard plans (Business, Pro, and legacy Enterprise) can set a self-imposed limit on the maximum number of connected accounts per data source type. This prevents team members from accidentally exceeding your budgeted account count and incurring unexpected overage charges. To learn more, see Manage Account Limits in Your Hub.Volume Pricing for Additional Accounts
Increase your account-per-source limit beyond the 10 accounts included in the base Pro plan:
Pro plan overage billing: On the Pro plan, overage charges for additional accounts are determined by your single highest-count connector. The data source with the greatest number of accounts sets the overage amount for your entire hub.
For example, if your Facebook Ads connector has 18 accounts and all of your other connectors have 10 or fewer, you would be billed for 8 additional accounts (18 minus the 10 included). The volume pricing tiers below apply to these additional accounts.
| Additional Accounts | Monthly (each) | Yearly (each) |
|---|
| 1 - 10 | $9.95 | $99.50 |
| 11 - 20 | $9.10 | $91.00 |
| 21 - 30 | $8.30 | $83.00 |
| 31 - 40 | $7.50 | $75.00 |
| 41 - 50 | $6.70 | $67.00 |
| 51 - 60 | $5.95 | $59.50 |
| 61+ | $4.95 | $49.50
