Missing Demographic Data in Facebook Insights

This article will help you troubleshoot missing Facebook Insights demographic data in your PMA reports.

Cause

Facebook Insights has API limitations regarding demographic data. If there are fewer than 100 views, or the most recent 3 days are included, "No Data" will show.



Solution

  1. Verify that there are over 100 views.
  2. Select a range of 1, 7, or 28 days that does not include the most recent 3 days.
