Criteo Data Connector User Guide

The following article is a guide to automating reports with your Criteo connector. It includes information on available data as well as currently unavailable data and tips on how to get the most out of your Criteo reports. To begin creating reports with your Criteo connector, you will need at least one Criteo account as well as access to Looker Studio or Google Sheets.


Available Data

  1. Key Performance Indicators - Impressions, clicks, cost, sales, revenue, click-through rate, conversion rate.
  2. Return On Ad Spend - See how your campaigns compare.
  3. Campaigns - CPCs, categories, and performance statistics.
  4. Complete List of Fields.

API Limitations

  1. Ad Level Reporting - Criteo's API currently does not offer this.
  2. Custom Fields - Custom fields are not available.
  3. Retail Media - Retail media reporting is a separate API for which we do not currently offer a connector. Submit a connector request to notify our product team if this is a priority for you.

Connection Requirements

Criteo requires you to create credentials for Power My Analytics to access your data. Follow these instructions to make sure all of your data is available.

Backfilling

Power My Analytics will automatically backfill 13 months of data the first time you create a report. Run a manual backfill for up to 2 years of data.
