It includes information on available data as well as currently unavailable data and tips on how to get the most out of your TikTok Ads reports. - Custom Fields - Custom fields are not available.

- Images and Image IDs - An image will only be returned for ads that are images. Other non-image types of ads, such as videos, will not return an image or image ids.
Adjust Time Zone
TikTok Ads' API defaults to UTC. Use the time zone selector in your Hub to adjust the time zone for your main account to your local time. Sub-accounts cannot be adjusted individually.
Data gathered before the time zone adjustment will remain fixed in the previous time zone setting.
Connection Requirements
At least Admin level access is required for a successful connection. To grant Admin access to a user, go to TikTok Business Center and click on the
Users tab. Open the
Members section and click
Invite member. Under
Access Settings, select
Admin.
Cost Per Follow
Cost Per Follow is not an included field in TikTok's API, but it is easy to create a calculated field to see this information.
Looker Studio
Open the Resource menu and go to Manage added data sources.
Click on the icon to open the TikTok Ads data source.
Click Add a field and choose Add calculated field.
Give the new field a name like Cost Per Follow. Use the formula SUM(Total Cost)/SUM(Follows). Click Save.
Go back to your dashboard and add a Scorecard. Choose Cost Per Follow as a field and set it to use your country's currency.
Google Sheets or Excel
Select Total Cost and Follows for your metrics.
Select the cell in which you wish to display Cost Per Follow and create a formula with the cell designation for Total Cost divided by the cell designation for Follows.
Backfilling
Power My Analytics will initially backfill 13 months of data when you first create a report. Run a manual backfill from your Hub to get up to 2 years of data.
