How to Reconnect a Disconnected Data Source

Info
Sometimes a connected account can become disconnected from your Power My Analytics hub, causing errors in reports. This article will show you how to reconnect a disconnected data source in your hub and get your data moving again.

What Happens When a Data Source Disconnects?

Power My Analytics uses the data sources you connect from various platforms in order to retrieve your data, warehouse it, and load it into your reports and exports.
  1. If your data source becomes disconnected, PMA can’t retrieve that data anymore.
  2. This can cause errors or incorrect data in your reports.

Why Did My Data Source Disconnect?

Your connected data sources can become disconnected from PMA for a variety of reasons, such as expiration of access credentials.
